The End Is Near... (Part one)

Standing there, I was scared to death. I didn't know what to do, distant scream, looked around to see if anyone was near me. As I turned around, I looked something new in the face...the dragon have been released.

Looking through the books in the library in downtown Logsville, I looked for recipes for cakes, cookies and pumpkin pie for a party with my friends. As I found the recipes, it felt like something was watching me. I turned around, but nothing was there. As I walked towards the entrance of the library, I felt the chills run down my spine. Something didn't feel right. Looking behind my back, I saw this old book. For some reason, this book had a strange connection to me. I bought it and left the library, and the strangest thing happened...the weather turned gray and rainy.
''I should start running home, the weather seems like it's about to get worse by the minute.''

As I ran through the forest, I got this eerie feeling. It felt like something was following me, but I kept running...and never looked back.
I ran to the front door of my house, opened the door and ran inside, closed and locked the door behind me. I felt the tension rising, my adrenaline rushing. The weather turned dark, as if it was a thunderstorm.
I put on dry clothes, I sat down in the living room and looked out the window. After a while, in the distance I could see a tall silhouette of a man or entity. It was tall, around two or three meters, and black. It also had glowing, purple eyes.
The chills ran down my spine, as I starred at the entity. I could feel my heart beating faster, and fear started to take over. In my head, it started to get foggy and unclear. As my vision started to blur, the entity disappeared.
Who or what was that? And what does it want? Or is it just a hallucination?
I couldn't think strait. I got up, and walked up to my bedroom. The tension faded...all my worries disappeared. Everything was calmer, and I fell asleep.
